We have classes morning, lunch and evenings, seven days per week. Classes include: ABT, Blitz, Boxing, Pre/post natal, Strength & stability, Yoga, Zumba and Water workout. Les Mills classes include: BodyAttack, BodyBalance, BodyCombat, BodyJam, Bodypump, BodyStep and CX worx. Other classes include: Active Seniors and Aqua Seniors which are fitness classes tailored to older participants.

When

  • Date and time: Saturday 28 October 2017, 8 am
  • Repeats weekly on Saturday, Sunday
  • Activity occurs during the school term, activity occurs during the school holiday

Costs

  • Casual fees, membership fees
  • Casual classes are $13.80 or take up a membership for unlimited access

  • People looking to improve their cardio fitness. People with low to high fitness levels and ability.
