Guided meditation is an effective mindfulness technique that can help those who experience stress, anxiety or have trouble sleeping. Our course teaches how to quieten the mind and drop into a deeper state to relax mentally and physically. It incorporates yoga nidra practices and will provide guidance on breathing techniques. The class begins with light stretching to help the body unwind and relax. The instructor will then guide you through breathing practices tol be incorporated during the session. Participants then lie down for guided meditation for about 40 minutes to experience deep relaxation and ease tension. You will float out of this class feeling calm and centred.
