Yoga, meditation and Mindfulness workshops for the community of Moreland and beyond.
Classes held on Thursday evenings:
You can expect a blissful combination of slow flow vinyasa yoga, accompanied with mindfulness meditation and breathing techniques (pranayama). You will be guided and suported by two Yoga teachers; Angela Knight and Hayley Allen.
BYO: mat and water bottle.
Cost: $15 of which $5 will be donated to WISHIN.
WISHIN (Women's Information Support & Housing in the North) do amazing work for the women in our community who are at risk of homelessness, have experienced family violence, or are trying to escape it.

Classes run on Thursday evenings commencing from the 4th May 2017. Please arrive at 5.45pm to register. The class will start at 6pm and conclude at 7pm.
