Scottish Highland Dance Classes

Dancing
Activity image

Highland Dance is a traditional dance form originating in Scotland.  Orginally it was a male only dance form, but today it is enjoyed by both males and females all over the world.

Each dance class includes basic dance principles, rhythm and movement activities, traditional Highland Dance technique and body conditioning.  Our classes build confidence, coordination and encourage creativity and expression in a fun and supportive environment.

Classes are taught by Tessa Bond, who has over 20 years of dance experience, is a qualified teacher with the Scottish Official Board of Highland Dancing and a qualified instructor with Rainbow Kids Yoga.
