Swift Pilates is for runners
Swift Pilates is not your regular Pilates session. Swift's specially designed sessions will help you run faster, for longer and reduce niggling pains and injuries. Our sessions use a combination of Pilates, Yoga and Barre to even-up muscle imbalances, strengthen your deep core muscles and ensure alignment in your body to keep you pain-free.
The only Pilates of it's kind, Swift is located where and when you run, making it easy to tone-up and cool-down in only 30 minutes. It's FREE to try and easy to book!
Swift runs sessions every half hour Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday evenings and Sunday Mornings. We are located at one of Melbourne's best running tracks - Princes Park, Carlton.
