What is Powerlifting For Performance?
Powerlifting For Performance is led by a powerlifting accredited coach and national record holder. It will give you the keys to successfully incorporate powerlifting into your exercise routine. The 6-week program will introduce you to the major techniques, and provide you with a personalised program to help you take your fitness routine to a new level.

- An introduction to powerlifting mobility screening
Cost and times
The 6 week Powerlifting for Performance program is $300 for members, and $350 for non-members.
Sessions will be held from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm on Monday and Thursday evenings, beginning Monday 5 March.
