Working consistently with a personal trainer over time is a sure way to reach your targets. Our trainers are minimum Certificate IV qualified and you will benefit from professional guidance and knowledge on fitness and nutrition.

Personal training can be conducted as one-on-one or in small groups. If you have read the personal trainer profiles and would like to request a particular trainer we will try our best to fulfil your request.

All you have to do to book a personal training session is to fill out the online personal training enquiry form and our Health and Wellness coordinator will contact you to organise your personal training session times.
