Healthy lifestyle programs

Moreland City Council, in collaboration with Active Moreland leisure centres, delivers effective and affordable community-based physical activity and healthy lifestyle programs in Moreland.

The programs have been designed to reduce the prevalence of obesity in Australia by maximising the number of individuals engaged in healthy lifestyles.

The programs target individuals with, or at risk of developing, chronic disease, obesity and other serious health issues.

Programs are currently offered at Brunswick Baths, Coburg Leisure Centre and Fawkner Leisure Centre, or in a community setting by arrangement.
