Our Deadlift and Squat workshop will ensure you go home with better form and technique. This event is exclusive for members.
Deadlifts and Squats are fantastic exercises, with many benefits. They can also be challenging to master, especially if you aren't used to the execution of the movement. Our Deadlift and Squat workshop is ideal for members who may need to better their form. The workshop will cover the following:
- Technique correction
- Progression and regression for those with limited mobility
- Confidence and safety
The session will run on Saturday 3 March from 1 pm, led by our very own trainers Louis, Sean and Luke!
