Notice to Members: change in payment provider

From 1 October, YMCA Victoria will being updating some of its financial systems, and over the coming months you can expect to see some changes on your credit card or bank statement.

As part of the updates, we are moving to a new debiting provider, Debitsuccess, a leading provider of payment services in Australia.

We already have your payment details, so you will not need to do anything when we start to transition all our centres to Debitsuccess.

You completed Direct Debit Authority with us, Victorian YMCA Community Programming Pty Ltd ABN 75 092 818 445 (Direct Debit User ID 403017) and this has been reassigned to the new company, Debitsuccess Pty Ltd ABN 095 551 581 (Direct Debit User ID 184534).

The only change you will notice is that you will see “Debitsuccess” as the company processing your payment on your bank or credit card statement in the future.  There will be no change to your debit amount.

Debitsuccess will continue to use the payment information you have already provided.
