Active Moreland Membership Reactivation
As of Monday 16 November, Active Moreland members have the option to pay as you go or if you’re eager to return to your fitness routine, you can now reactivate your membership.
Members have now recieved a step-by-step email with a link on how to reinstate their membership. If you are a member at Brunswick Baths, Coburg Leisure Centre or Oak Park Sports and Aquatic Centre and you choose to reactivate your membership, you will still be required to book in online through our online booking system. Booking as of Saturday 19 December are no longer required at Fawkner Leisure Centre, Coburg Olmypic Swimming Pool and Pascoe Vale Outdoor Pool.
If you did not receive the email, please select the Active Moreland site you are a member at and complete the online reactivation form:
Direct debit memberships:
Your first direct debit may be slightly different from your normal fortnightly fee. This could be due to one or more of the following reasons:
- Additional credit applied from your last debit due to centre closure;
- Unpaid fees from your last direct debit; or
- Pro-rata fees incurred from your activation date to the first returned debit.
After your first direct debit, you will be charged at the same amount and on the same fortnightly or monthly schedule as before suspension.
If you choose to reactivate your membership, it will resume from the time it was suspended.
Due to the current government advice, we expect to operate with reduced services and timetables for the foreseeable future. If you feel these reduced operations effect your fitness routine, you can resuspend your membership at any time.
If you do not want to reactivate your membership
We know some of you may not be ready to reactivate your membership just yet, or may prefer visiting our centre on a casual basis using our online booking system. If this is the case, you don’t need to do anything – we will continue suspending all memberships unless you fill out the reactivation form above.
